Qualifications

  • Basic computer skills; ERP or warehouse management system experience is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality products.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand, bend, and walk throughout the shift.
  • Excellent attendance, reliability, and teamwork skills.
  • Must be able to legally work in an environment involving firearms and comply with all applicable company policies and federal regulations.

  • Perform quality inspections to ensure products meet standards.
  • Verify serial numbers and maintain traceability.
  • Package completed firearms and components according to procedures and shipping requirements.
  • Assemble boxes and packaging materials as needed; stage materials for production and shipping.
  • Assist with shipping and receiving; unload deliveries and prepare outgoing shipments.
  • Process customer orders by pulling materials, packing products, and staging shipments.

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Production Associate to join our manufacturing team. This position is responsible for assembling, inspecting, packaging, and shipping firearms and firearm components in a fast-paced production environment. The ideal candidate has previous manufacturing or assembly experience, enjoys hands‑on work, and is committed to producing high-quality products while following strict quality and safety standards.

Essential Responsibilities
  • Assemble firearms and firearm components using a variety of hand tools and power tools while following detailed work instructions.
  • Read and interpret assembly instructions, work orders, and technical documentation.
  • Perform quality inspections throughout the assembly process to ensure products meet company standards.
  • Verify serial numbers and product information to maintain traceability and accuracy.
  • Package completed firearms and components according to company procedures and shipping requirements.
  • Assemble boxes and other packaging materials as needed.
  • Pick, sort, organize, and stage materials for production and shipping.
  • Assist with shipping and receiving by unloading deliveries, verifying incoming materials, and preparing outgoing shipments.
  • Process customer orders by pulling materials, packing products, and staging shipments for delivery.
  • Scan serialized products into the ERP or warehouse management system.
  • Print shipping labels, packing slips, and required shipping documentation.
  • Maintain accurate production, inventory, and shipping records.
  • Monitor packaging supply levels and notify leadership when replenishment is needed.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to achieve daily production goals.
  • Follow all company policies, quality standards, and safety procedures.
  • Work overtime as needed to meet production demands.
