Job summary

Lancaster Archery Supply in Leola, PA is hiring a Warehouse Associate to pick orders with RF scanners in a climate-controlled environment. The role is full-time, with standard hours and occasional Saturdays, offering opportunities to cross-train in shipping, receiving, and packing.

You will verify products during picking and packing, transport orders to staging, and work in a fast-paced warehouse while lifting up to 50 lbs. Medical, dental, vision, and 401K benefits are provided.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Picks orders using an RF scanner and moves carts through aisles.
• Places products on carts and verifies items during picking and packing.
• Cross-trains in shipping, receiving, order checking, and packing.
• Transports orders to staging areas for further processing.
• Ensures accuracy and efficiency in the order picking process.

The Warehouse Associate is an order picker, whouses a RF scanner to pick orders and pushes acart for transporting these orders. The warehouse associatemoves the cart through theaisles and accurately picks the corresponding products from product bins. The product is placed in a designated spot on the cart. Small items are bagged or banded together for easier identification before being placed on the cart. The warehouse associateis responsible for verifying the product during the picking process and may also verify during the packing process. When finished the order picking process, the cart is taken to a staging area. The warehouse associaterepeats the process for anew series of orders.

Warehouse associates will have opportunities to cross train inshipping, receiving, order checking, order packing and other positions within the warehouse.

Schedule: Full Time - Monday to Friday 8 am to 5 pm and 1 - 2 Saturdays a month 8 am to 2 pm.

Requirements:

• Ability to use RF Scanning devices and computers for general warehouse functions.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Able to stand and walk in a warehouse space for up to 8 hours per shift.
• Able to climb a ladder to retrieve items on higher shelves.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Previous experience with archery product or working in a pick/pack facility a plus.
• Must be able to pass pre-employment drug screen.
