Staffmark Group in Church Point, LA is hiring a Production Associate to join a fast-paced manufacturing team. You will be trained on the job and earn while you learn, with a Monday–Friday schedule starting at 5:30am and paid $11.50 per hour.

Duties include packing finished products, labeling, and ensuring quality and safety standards. A high school diploma or GED is preferred, and prior production experience is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing, assembly, production, warehouse, or industrial experience is preferred.
• Experience operating production equipment, performing quality inspections, or meeting production goals is beneficial.
• Knowledge of Lean manufacturing, continuous improvement practices, or workplace safety procedures is considered an asset.
• Individuals who demonstrate reliability, adaptability, teamwork, and a strong work ethic are well positioned for success as a Production Associate.

Physical Capabilities

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive production tasks throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift materials, components, or finished products weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to safely operate around production equipment and moving machinery.
• Ability to maintain productivity while working in fast-paced manufacturing environments.
