Staffmark Group is hiring a Production Associate in Suwanee, GA. The role involves supporting production lines, handling large mats, and maintaining safety and quality standards on the floor.

You will trim, inspect, and assist with heavy equipment in a fast-paced manufacturing setting. A high school diploma or GED is preferred, with emphasis on reliability and teamwork.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Trim, finish, and inspect large industrial mats according to production specifications and quality standards.
• Assist with operating and supporting large press and trimming equipment in a manufacturing environment.
• Move, position, and handle heavy mats throughout various stages of production.
• Perform quality checks to identify defects and ensure finished products meet company requirements.
• Maintain production efficiency while following all safety procedures and operating guidelines.
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.
• Work closely with team members and supervisors to achieve daily production goals.
• Complete additional production, material handling, and manufacturing tasks as assigned.

Day Shift

Start between 4:00 AM - 5:00 AM | End between 3:30 PM - 4:00 PM

Night Shift

Start between 3:00 PM - 4:00 PM | End between 2:00 AM - 2:30 AM
