Job summary

Plastipak Packaging, Inc. is hiring for a manufacturing associate in Jackson Center, Ohio.

You will operate extrusion and blow-molding machines, adjust settings, and help maintain production quality on a demanding 12-hour shift pattern with alternating weekends off. You'll receive thorough training, mentorship from senior technicians, and opportunities for growth through Plastipak Academy courses, with a strong benefits package and family-owned culture.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience operating manufacturing equipment in a fast-paced environment.
• Knack for working with hands and solving mechanical problems.
• Experience with extrusion or blow molding equipment is a plus but not required.
• Basic knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics or electromechanical systems helps.

Responsibilities

What You’ll Earn

Depending on your experience, earn up to $25 to start. This includes base pay + night shift premium + double pay on Sundays.
