Job summary

Plastipak Packaging in Jackson Center, OH is hiring for manufacturing associate roles. You will operate extrusion and blow-molding production machines, adjust settings, troubleshoot equipment, and check product quality while collaborating with a shift team.

We offer structured training, mentorship from senior techs and managers, and predictable schedules. Earn up to $25/hour with night shift premium and double pay on Sundays, plus comprehensive benefits and paid time off.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience operating manufacturing equipment in a fast-paced environment.
• Hand dexterity and ability to solve mechanical problems.
• Experience with extrusion or blow molding is a plus but not required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs with or without accommodation.

What You’ll Do

• Operate extrusion and blow-molding production machines to keep production moving smoothly.

What You Bring

• At least 1 year of experience operating manufacturing equipment in a fast-paced environment.
• A knack for working with your hands and solving mechanical problems.
• Experience with extrusion or blow molding equipment is a plus, but not required.
• Basic knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics or electromechanical systems helps too.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. with or without a reasonable accommodation.

Depending on your experience, earn up to $25 to start

This includes base pay + night shift premium + double pay on Sundays
