Job summary

Plastipak Associate position in Ohio requires operating extrusion and blow-molding production machines, adjusting settings, and performing basic maintenance. You will troubleshoot equipment, check product quality, and collaborate with a shift team to improve processes. Training is provided through Plastipak Academy.

We offer up to $25/hour starting, with night shift premium and Sunday double-pay, plus a comprehensive benefits package as listed. Equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience operating manufacturing equipment in a fast-paced environment.
• Hands-on, mechanical problem-solving skills.
• Experience with extrusion or blow molding equipment is a plus, but not required.
• Basic knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics or electromechanical systems.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

What You’ll Earn

• Depending on your experience, earn up to $25 to start

This includes base pay + night shift premium + double pay on Sundays
