Job summary

Aerotek in Inwood, WV is seeking a Production Associate for a fast-paced manufacturing floor to operate and monitor equipment, manage materials, and support the line to keep production running smoothly.

This contract-to-hire role requires 2+ years of manufacturing experience, reliability, and teamwork on an onsite production floor with a safety-focused environment. Shifts include 2am-2pm, 2pm-2am, and rotation.

Production Associate – Manufacturing

Pay: $22.00/hour

We are hiring a reliable Production Associate to join a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This is a hands-on role where you’ll help keep production running smoothly by operating equipment, managing materials, and supporting the overall flow of the line.

Available Shifts:

• A Crew – 2am to 2pm
• B Crew – 2pm to 2am
• C Crew – 2am to 2pm
• D Crew – 2pm to 2am
• 2-2-3 Rotation

What You’ll Do:

• Operate and monitor production and packaging equipment
• Keep materials stocked to avoid downtime
• Identify and report equipment or process issues quickly
• Work with supervisors and maintenance to resolve problems
• Maintain quality standards and follow all safety procedures

What We’re Looking For:

• 2+ years of manufacturing or production experience

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Inwood, WV.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00/hr.
