Job summary

Peak Workforce Solutions (Newbold Services) is seeking a Production Associate for our client in Jackson, TN. This full-time position offers pay between $16.50 and $17.00 per hour and supports 12-hour rotating shifts: 6:00 AM–6:00 PM or 6:00 PM–6:00 AM.

You will verify counts, manage product grades, rotate through line positions, and maintain a safe, compliant work area. Candidates should have at least 6 months of production or quality experience, strong attention to detail, reliability, and a

Responsibilities

• Verify the count, look at, and manage the product, as required by nature, to determine the grade and identify substandard products as they pass down the conveyor line.
• Place rejected products and individual grades of products in designated piles, containers, or areas. Add supplemental products to bring the original product to specifications.
• Notify the Supervisor of any mechanical or material issues.
• Rotate through various positions on the line.
• May be directed to assist in other plant areas as production demands require.
• Maintain a safe and clean work area.
• Maintain adherence to company policies, safety standards, and good manufacturing practices.
• Must wear required PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) as provided.
• Perform other duties and assignments as required following SOP.
