The Production Associate performs duties according to the established Best Practices of ESGW. Responsibilities include meeting daily production goals, processing donations, sorting and preparing merchandise for sale, replenishing stock, and assisting guests and donors. The role involves accepting donations at the donation door as needed and cross-training to assist in all aspects of production.

Minimum Requirements

1. Ability to work with people having different abilities.
2. Ability to perform repetitive tasks independently.
3. Knowledge of current trends (helpful).
4. Physical ability to stand, stoop, bend, and carry throughout the shift (excluding breaks).
5. Use of hands for grasping, pushing, pulling, and fine manipulation.
6. Tolerance to extreme temperature and humidity changes.
7. Ability to move independently or with reasonable accommodation.
8. Physical and mental capability to perform all job requirements.
9. Completion of a background check; having criminal convictions does not automatically disqualify.
