The Production Associate performs duties according to the established Best Practices of ESGW. Responsibilities include meeting daily production goals, processing donations, sorting and preparing merchandise for sale, replenishing stock, and assisting guests and donors. The role involves accepting donations at the donation door as needed and cross-training to assist in all aspects of production.
