The Production Associate performs duties according to the established Best Practices of ESGW. Meets daily production goals. Duties include processing donations; sorting and preparing merchandise for sale, replenishing stock, and/or removing merchandise from the sales floor. Greets and assists guests and/or donors. Assists with accepting donations at the donation door as needed and/or assigned. Must be cross-trained and assist in all aspects of production, as directed.
