Job summary

Veritas Medical Solutions is seeking Production Associates to manufacture VeriShield blocks for global cancer treatment centers and related facilities. The role requires handling up to 50 lbs, forklift training, and strong teamwork in a fast-paced setting with standard hours from 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM.

Availability for overtime and weekend work may be needed to meet production goals. Applicants should have a High School diploma or equivalent and willingness to learn all aspects of VeriShield Block

Qualifications

• Minimum of High School Degree or equivalent, or experience in a manufacturing environment.
• On-the-job training provided to perform duties.

• Dependable transportation and regular attendance required.
• Adhere to all safety protocols.
• Ability to work well with others in a team environment, or independently if needed.
• Willingness and ability to safely operate power tools and construction equipment as necessary.

RESPONSIBILITIES – Job Summary

Production Associates manufacture and produce high‑density shielding block (VeriShield) which is used to supply and build cancer treatment centers and non‑destructive testing facilities around the world. This is a production‑oriented environment which requires lifting up to 50 lbs. Forklift skills and mechanical aptitude are a plus. Individuals need to be highly self‑motivated with a strong work ethic, interested in working in a team environment and committed to quality and safety. Must have dependable transportation with normal working hours from 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM. Overtime and weekend work may be required with Manager direction and approval. ACTIVITY – Production (Time Allocation: ~ 95%)

• Perform tasks involving manual labor required for production of VeriShield modules (block), which includes lifting items approximately 50 lbs.
• Willingness to learn all aspects of VeriShield Block Production.
• Ability to follow instructions.
• Must be able to keep accurate records of batch sizes and block weights.
• Experience operating a forklift safely, or willingness to be trained.
• Experience operating a Front‑end Loader is a plus.
• Band, wrap and label pallets; experience operating a hand‑held steel banding machine is a plus.
• Able to use a wheelbarrow safely and move materials in the factory and yard.
• Ability to work well with others in a team environment.
• Help with daily clean‑up of production area, including equipment.
• Mechanical aptitude is a plus.
• Dependable transportation and regular attendance required.
