Job summary

Veritas Medical Solutions is seeking Production Associates to manufacture VeriShield blocks for global cancer treatment centers and related facilities. The role requires handling up to 50 lbs, forklift training, and strong teamwork in a fast-paced setting with standard hours from 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM.

Availability for overtime and weekend work may be needed to meet production goals. Applicants should have a High School diploma or equivalent and willingness to learn all aspects of VeriShield Block

Qualifications

• Minimum of High School Degree or equivalent, or experience in a manufacturing environment.
• On-the-job training provided to perform duties.
• Manufacturing production machinery experience preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to follow oral and written instructions.
• Ability to communicate verbally and in writing.
• Ability to act professionally and remain calm in high-stress situations.
• Willingness to learn and operate any equipment required to perform job duties (training provided).
• Forklift operator experience preferred, or willingness to be trained.
• Front-end Loader experience a plus.
• Ability to work inside the factory, or outside in the yard/storage area.
• Dependable transportation and regular attendance required.
• Adhere to all safety protocols.
• Ability to work well with others in a team environment, or independently if needed.
• Willingness and ability to safely operate power tools and construction equipment as necessary.

Responsibilities

• Perform tasks involving manual labor required for production of VeriShield modules (block), including lifting items ~50 lbs.
• Willingness to learn all aspects of VeriShield Block Production.
• Follow instructions and keep accurate records of batch sizes and block weights.
• Operate forklift safely; loader experience is a plus.
• Band, wrap and label pallets and move materials with hand tools.
• Maintain a clean production area and follow safety protocols.
• Work as part of a team and support cross-functional initiatives.
• Attend daily meetings and represent Veritas positively.
