Job summary

Kelly Services in Carol Stream, IL is seeking an experienced Production Associate III for our fast-paced warehouse team. The role requires skilled operation of powered warehouse equipment, adherence to safety protocols, and teamwork to ensure accuracy across receiving, stocking, and shipping.

You will operate reach and order selector forklifts, use RF devices and WMS, and maintain a clean, organized workspace.

Qualifications

• One or more years of experience operating powered warehouse equipment.
• Certification to operate powered warehouse equipment.
• Physically able to lift up to 50 pounds and perform warehouse tasks.
• Overtime may be required.

Location: Carol Stream, IL

Pay Rate: $18.00–$19.50 per hour

Position Type: Full-time, onsite

Schedule: 40 hours/week, 1st and 2nd shifts available

Overview

We are seeking an experienced Production Associate III to join our fast-paced warehouse team in Carol Stream, IL. This role requires skilled operation of powered warehouse equipment and a commitment to safety, accuracy, and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Operate reach and order selector forklifts for inventory cycle counting, receiving, stocking, shipping, and loading.
• Use RF devices and warehouse management systems for accurate product tracking.
• Handle products safely and efficiently according to documented processes.
• Assist with tasks across different operational levels as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized workplace and follow all safety protocols.

Requirements

• One or more years of experience operating powered warehouse equipment preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds frequently and perform physical warehouse tasks.
• Certification to operate powered warehouse equipment.
• Comfortable working around moving mechanical parts, varying temperatures, and noise.
• Ability to work overtime as needed.
• Basic computer and email skills, including Microsoft Office.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Overtime as required

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with inventory cycle counting and warehouse management systems.
• Commercial driver’s license, Class B or A, is a plus.
