Kelly Services in Carol Stream, IL is hiring a Warehouse Associate (Pick & Pack) for 1st shift. The role moves you through the warehouse to pick, pack, and ship orders accurately while using RF scanners to track inventory.

Shift options start at 4:00 AM or 6:00 AM, Monday–Thursday, with pay at $16.50/hr. We offer training, a fast-paced team environment, and safety-focused operations within a supportive company culture.

Qualifications

• Warehouse or picking/packing experience is helpful, but we’ll train you.
• RF scanner experience is a plus.
• Enjoys being on the move—standing and walking for long periods.
