Job summary

Easterseals-Goodwill Northern Rocky Mountain in Billings, MT, is seeking a Production Associate to help meet daily production goals by processing donations, sorting merchandise, replenishing stock and assisting guests and donors.

This role emphasizes teamwork, adaptability, and reliability; you will be cross-trained to support all production areas and participate in the organization's inclusive mission.

Qualifications

• Ability to work with people having different abilities.
• Must be willing to cross-train and assist in all production areas.
• Capable of repetitive tasks with accuracy.
• Background check required.

Responsibilities

• Process donations according to Best Practices.
• Sort and prepare merchandise for sale.
• Replenish stock and remove merchandise from the floor.
• Greet and assist guests and donors.
• Assist with accepting donations at the donation door as needed.

Job description

The Production Associate performs duties according to the established Best Practices of ESGW. Meets daily production goals. Duties will include processing donations; sorting and preparing merchandise for sale, replenishing stock and/or removing merchandise from the sales floor. Greets and assists guests and/or donors. Assists with accepting donations at the donation door as needed and/or assigned. Must be cross-trained and assist in all aspects of production, as directed.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to work with people having different abilities.
• Able to perform repetitive tasks independently.
• Knowledge of current trends helpful.
• Requires standing, stooping, bending, and carrying for entire shift (excluding break times).
• Requires the use of hands for simple grasping, pushing and pulling, and fine manipulation.
• Requires tolerance to extreme changes in temperature and humidity.
• Ability to move independently or with reasonable accommodation within the facility and community.
• Applicant must be physically and mentally able to perform all job requirements.
