Job summary

Easterseals-Goodwill Northern Rocky Mountain is seeking a Production Associate to help meet daily production goals. You will process donations, sort and prep merchandise for sale, replenish stock and assist guests and donors. Cross-training across production areas is required to support all duties.

The role emphasizes teamwork, standing for long periods, and adapting to temperature changes while maintaining friendly service and a safe environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to work with people having different abilities.
• Able to perform repetitive tasks independently.
• Must be able to stand, stoop, bend and carry for the full shift.
• Must be able to move within the facility with reasonable accommodation.
• Requires fine manipulation and use of hands.
• Tolerant to extreme changes in temperature and humidity.

Responsibilities

• Perform duties per ESGW Best Practices and meet daily production goals.
• Process donations and sort/prepare merchandise for sale.
• Replenish stock and remove merchandise from the sales floor as needed.
• Greet and assist guests and donors.
• Assist with accepting donations at the donation door as assigned.
• Cross-train and support all production areas as directed.

Job description

The Production Associate performs duties according to the established Best Practices of ESGW. Meets daily production goals. Duties will include processing donations; sorting and preparing merchandise for sale, replenishing stock and/or removing merchandise from the sales floor. Greets and assists guests and/or donors. Assists with accepting donations at the donation door as needed and/or assigned. Must be cross‑trained and assist in all aspects of production, as directed.

• Ability to work with people having different abilities.
• Able to perform repetitive tasks independently.
• Knowledge of current trends helpful.
• Requires standing, stooping, bending, and carrying for entire shift (excluding break times).
• Requires the use of hands for simple grasping, pushing and pulling, and fine manipulation.
• Requires tolerance to extreme changes in temperature and humidity.
• Ability to move independently or with reasonable accommodation within the facility and community.
• Applicant must be physically and mentally able to perform all job requirements.
