Job summary

Easterseals-Goodwill Northern Rocky Mountain is seeking a Production Associate to support daily donation processing and merchandise preparation. You will sort, stock, and help prepare items for sale while greeting guests and donors and sharing assistance as needed.

You will be cross-trained to assist in all production areas, including donation reception and door duties, with a focus on teamwork and adhering to ESGW best practices.

Qualifications

• Ability to work with people having different abilities.
• Able to perform repetitive tasks independently.
• Knowledge of current trends helpful.
• Requires standing, stooping, bending, and carrying for entire shift.
• Requires the use of hands for simple grasping, pushing and pulling, and fine manipulation.
• Tolerance to extreme changes in temperature and humidity.
• Move independently or with reasonable accommodation within the facility and community.
• Physically and mentally able to perform all job requirements.
• Background check required; prior convictions not automatic bar to employment.

Responsibilities

The Production Associate performs duties according to the established Best Practices of ESGW. Meets daily production goals. Duties will include processing donations; sorting and preparing merchandise for sale, replenishing stock and/or removing merchandise from the sales floor. Greets and assists guests and/or donors. Assists with accepting donations at the donation door as needed and/or assigned. Must be cross‑trained and assist in all aspects of production, as directed.
