Job summary

Randstad USA is hiring for a food production environment in Aurora, IL. The role involves kitchen prep across warm and cold zones, operating commercial equipment, and ensuring food safety while supporting multiple shifts.

You will work a 4x10 schedule with a base pay of $19 per hour plus shift differentials of +$1.00/hr (Mon-Fri 6 PM-6 AM) and +$1.50/hr (Sat-Sun 6 PM-6 AM). Growth and cross-training opportunities are offered.

Where You Can Excel:

Kitchen (Warm & Cold Zones): Prep fresh ingredientsseason, marinate, and cook using commercial grills, braisers, and industrial ovens. (1st, 2nd, & 3rd Shifts)

Production (Cold Zone 35°F-40°F): Power high-speed assembly lines portioning ingredients, plating trays, and sealing fresh meals. (1st & 2nd Shifts)

Sanitation (Warm & Wet Zone): Safeguard food safety standards by deep-cleaning equipment, power-washing machinery, and prepping wash stations. (1st, 2nd, & 3rd Shifts)
