Job summary

Randstad USA is hiring for a food production environment in Aurora, IL. The role involves kitchen prep across warm and cold zones, operating commercial equipment, and ensuring food safety while supporting multiple shifts.

You will work a 4x10 schedule with a base pay of $19 per hour plus shift differentials of +$1.00/hr (Mon-Fri 6 PM-6 AM) and +$1.50/hr (Sat-Sun 6 PM-6 AM). Growth and cross-training opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare fresh ingredients, season, marinate, and cook using commercial grills and ovens across zones.
• Power high-speed assembly lines, portion ingredients, plate trays, and seal meals in the production zone.
• Safeguard food safety standards through deep-cleaning equipment and wash stations.
