US Farathane is seeking a Production Associate. We are looking for dependable, adaptable, detail-oriented individuals who want to grow in their careers. US Farathane has been a leading plastics manufacturer for the automotive industry for over 40 years, offering innovative solutions from design to production, including engineered composites, TPEs, TPOs, and specialized extrusion and compression technologies.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Operate molding presses and equipment according to company procedures.
• Review work instructions and quality alerts before production.
• Ensure products meet quality standards with zero non-conformances.
• Record scrap and quality data accurately every hour.
• Apply labels correctly, including removal of old labels from packaging.
• Implement lot control numbers properly.
• Review quality alerts daily and address discrepancies immediately.
• Communicate issues during team meetings.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Participate in problem-solving activities like 8D reports.
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies.

Qualifications:

Candidates must be able to perform all duties satisfactorily. Accommodations may be provided for individuals with disabilities.

Physical Requirements:

• Stand or walk frequently for long periods.
• Lifting up to 35 lbs regularly.
• Reaching above/below shoulders and forward.
• Bending, stooping, crouching occasionally.

Working Conditions:
