Quick Hire Staffing is currently seeking a dedicated and reliable Production Associate to join our team in Shelby Township. As a Production Associate, you will be responsible for performing operations on a production line. This is a great opportunity to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and contribute to the production of high-quality products.

Requirements

1. Responsibilities:
2. Complete assembly tasks in accordance with standardized work processes, quality goals, and manufacturing schedule
3. Rotate to different stations on the production line as per the rotation schedule
4. Control and handle non-conforming materials
5. Report defects in parts / materials to the Team Leader, Production Supervisor, or Quality department immediately
6. Perform seat teardowns and minor rework either on or off the line
7. Maintain the integrity of tooling and equipment necessary for the work, making minor adjustments as required
8. Initiate, recommend, or provide solutions through appropriate channels and actively participate in Kaizen / MPS activities
9. Promote teamwork and collaborate effectively with fellow associates
10. Complete all necessary paperwork accurately and in a timely manner
11. Maintain a clean and orderly work area and equipment
12. Follow all safety policies and procedures, prioritize safety, and report any unsafe conditions or acts immediately to management
13. Report injuries, accidents, illnesses, near misses, and property damage to your Supervisor promptly
14. Adhere to all Health, Safety, and Environmental standards in accordance with company guidelines

Requirements

3. Strong attention to detail and quality orientation
4. Good communication and team collaboration skills
5. Basic problem-solving abilities and ability to work under minimal supervision
