This role involves a combination of hands‑on physical work and administrative support to ensure smooth and efficient production processes.

• Assist the Production team with a variety of operational tasks.
• Set up and break down event spaces, including arranging rooms and stacking chairs.
• Assist with the setup and takedown of tents and other event equipment.
• Move and relocate equipment such as pianos and other heavy items.
• Support load‑in and strike (tear‑down) of shows and events.
• Provide general event support as needed during productions.
• Perform light administrative tasks, including office support and coordination.
• Assist with catering setup and service when required.

Physical Demands/ Work Environment:

This is a part‑time, on‑site position that requires flexibility to work for extended periods, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, based on event schedules and production needs. The role involves frequent movement throughout the campus and event spaces, prolonged standing and walking, climbing ladders, and working at heights. Candidates must be able to lift, carry, push, or pull objects weighing up to 30–50 pounds on occasion.
