Role Summary

As a Production Assistant at Brick Media, you’ll work closely with our Lead Photographer and Videographers during content shoots across the Tampa Bay area. This role supports the production process from setup to breakdown, helping ensure every shoot runs smoothly. On lighter weeks, you may assist with 1–2 shoots (typically 2–4 hours each). On busier weeks, this could increase to 3–4 shoots. A flexible schedule and reliable transportation are essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with setup and teardown of photo and video equipment
• Support photographers and videographers on-site with logistics and organization
• Manage props, shot lists, and other tasks to keep shoots running smoothly
• Travel to shoot locations across the Tampa Bay area as needed
• Maintain a professional, positive presence with clients and team members
