Job summary

Goodwill Industries Group in Granger, IN is seeking a Full Time Merchandise Processing Supervisor to support the Production Manager by overseeing merchandise processing, training staff, and leading E-Commerce production efforts.

You will supervise hourly staff, manage daily store operations, monitor sales and expenses, enforce safety, and collaborate with management to improve efficiency across departments, reporting to the Store Manager.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent, or ability to obtain through The Excel Center.
• Supervisory experience with strong leadership skills to effectively manage teams, set expectations, and hold staff accountable.

Job Objective

To support the Production Manager in overseeing and coordinating merchandise processing, ensuring compliance with Goodwill’s retail policies and procedures. Collaborates with store management to streamline retail operations, assists in employee training, and leads E-Commerce production efforts. This position reports to the Store Manager who evaluates performance annually.

• Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screen.
• Must have reliable transportation, a current driver's license, and provide proof of insurance to travel to different job sites.
