• Capable of standing most of the day and lifting up to 50 lbs.

• Assist other departments, which can include sandblasting, surface prepping, or setting up lasers to engrave.
• Recommend and implement process improvements that drive efficiency in the custom shop.
• Wear appropriate PPE and follow safety precautions.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED; must be 18 years of age.

• Pass a drug screen and a criminal background check.
• Willingness to learn and adopt a continuous improvement mindset.
