Century Arms in Vermont is seeking a firearm assembler to support manufacturing through disassembly, prep, and reassembly of firearms and parts. The role includes inspecting components, installing parts, following safety practices, and maintaining accurate records in the ERP system.
Candidate should have basic mechanical skills, familiarity with hand tools, and the ability to follow directions. This is a hands-on production position with daily output goals and strict safety requirements.

Work is normally performed throughout a heated manufacturing and warehouse facility. Exposure to conditions of extreme heat/cold, poor ventilation, fumes and gases is very limited. Noise level is moderate and includes sounds of light manufacturing, shipping and receiving, and normal office equipment (computers, telephones, etc.). No known environmental hazards are encountered in normal performance of job duties.
