Job summary

FutureFit Home Modifications is seeking a Production Assistant/Field Specialist for full-time work from 7:00 AM to 4:30 PM. Pay ranges from $23.00 to $26.00 per hour, with benefits including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k) matching, and PTO.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming phone calls and assist customers, vendors, and team members
• Perform data entry and maintain accurate customer and project information
• Schedule appointments, inspections, deliveries, and service calls
• Assist with purchase orders, material orders, receipts, and vendor paperwork
• Communicate with customers, subcontractors, vendors, and employees
• Help keep the office organized and operating efficiently
• Perform other general administrative duties as needed
• Perform minor repairs and product installations
• Help organize tools, materials, equipment, and warehouse inventory
• Pick up and deliver materials when needed
• Assist project managers and field staff with miscellaneous project needs
• Help troubleshoot basic mechanical or maintenance issues
• Perform occasional light work at customer or project locations

Title: Production Assistant/Field Specialist

Position Description: Full-Time, 7:00-4:30pm

Pay Range: $23.00 - $26.00 per hour

Overview: FutureFit is looking for a dependable, versatile individual who is comfortable working both in the office and with their hands. This position combines traditional administrative responsibilities with light project management support.

The ideal candidate is organized, comfortable with computers and office systems, communicates well with customers and staff, and is also mechanically inclined and willing to tackle practical projects around the office, warehouse, and occasionally job sites. We are looking for a versatile person who might spend part of the morning answering phones and scheduling appointments, then spend the afternoon assembling shelving, making a minor repair, picking up materials, or helping with a project.

Key Responsibilities:

Office & Administrative Support
