Job summary

Logan Finance Corporation is seeking a Production Assistant to support assigned sales professionals and their broker client populations throughout the loan manufacturing process.

Key duties include assisting the AE or team in daily sales and customer service, reviewing account performance, providing marketing support, pricing and structuring loans, coordinating with operations and credit, and tracking loan status through the process.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, or a related field, highly desired.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in the mortgage industry, with a focus on operations.
• Previous experience in Mortgage Banking, Sales Operations or Financial Services is a plus
• Prior experience in financial / data analysis preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist AE or team in daily sales and customer service activity

• Provide customer service and be responsive to accounts emailing and calling for questions
• Provide marketing support to increase engagement with current accounts and prospects

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and proficiency with data analysis tools such as MS Excel, SQL, strongly preferred
• Detail-oriented with demonstrated ability to multi-task with changing priorities and thrive within a fast-paced, ever-changing environment with little supervision.
