Job summary

Lancaster Archery Supply, Inc. is seeking a Pro Shop Techxpert to deliver excellent customer service while helping customers with archery equipment purchases.

You will perform bow setup, tuning, arrow building, warranty assistance and maintain up-to-date product knowledge in-store. A fast-paced environment and a team-oriented attitude are essential for this role.

Qualifications

• Archery technical background, minimum experience in at least one archery discipline.
• Previous Customer Service experience.
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
• Self-motivating; able to work independently and in a team.
• Basic computers skills, including Microsoft Office programs.
• Must have acceptable background check and pass a drug test as required by company policy.

• Assists customers at check out and with warranty services.
• Maintains active and dynamic knowledge of archery products in inventory.
• Maintain accurate physical inventory of the LAS Pro Shop.
• Performs other duties and special projects as assigned.

Requirements

• 2-3 shifts per week and 2 Saturdays per month
• Archery technical background, minimum experience in at least one archery discipline
• Previous Customer Service experience
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment
• Self-motivating; able to work independently and in a team
• Basic computers skills, including Microsoft Office programs
• Must have acceptable background check and pass a drug test as required by company policy.
