Qualifications

• Archery technical background and experience in at least one archery discipline.
• Previous customer service experience.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-motivated; able to work independently and in a team.
• Must pass background check and drug test as required by policy.

• Provides advice on archery equipment selection, proper fit, shooting form and range safety.
• Bow setup, tuning, trouble-shooting and arrow building services.
• Assists customers at checkout and with warranty services.
• Maintains active and dynamic knowledge of archery products in inventory.
• Maintain accurate physical inventory of the LAS Pro Shop.
• Performs other duties and special projects as assigned.

The Pro Shop Techxpert is responsible for providing excellent customer service while assisting customers with archery equipment purchases.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

• · Provides advice on archery equipment selection, proper fit, shooting form and range safety.
• · Bow set-up, tuning, trouble-shooting and arrow building services.
• · Assists customers at check out and with warranty services.
• · Maintains active and dynamic knowledge of archery products in inventory.
• · Maintain accurate physical inventory of the LAS Pro Shop.
• · Performs other duties and special projects as assigned.

Requirements:

• 2-3 shifts per week and 2 Saturdays per month
• Archery technical background, minimum experience in at least one archery discipline
• Previous Customer Service experience
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment
• Self-motivating; able to work independently and in a team
• Basic computers skills, including Microsoft Office programs
• Must have acceptable background check and pass a drug test as required by company policy.
