Role Description

The Production Associate is a full-time, on-site role based at our facility in Fort Lawn, SC. This role is responsible for inspecting, preparing, cutting, and folding fabric for production in a fast-paced print-on demand manufacturing environment. This role plays a key part in ensuring materials meet quality standards and are accurately prepared to support efficient production and on-time order fulfillment.

Responsibilities/Duties

• Inspect incoming and printed fabrics for defects, print quality, color accuracy, and material consistency. Measure, cut, and prepare fabric according to production specifications and work orders.
• Fold, organize, label, and stage fabric for sewing and other production processes.
• Verify customer orders and ensure materials are matched to the correct production jobs.
• Identify and report quality issues or damaged materials before they enter production.
• Maintain accurate production records and update work order status as required.
• Assist with inventory organization and material handling.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Work collaboratively with production, planning, and quality teams to meet daily production goals.
• Follow all company safety procedures and standard operating procedures.

Minimum Qualifications Required

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience in manufacturing, textiles, apparel, print-on-demand, or production is preferred but not required.
