The position offers a steady shift from 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with opportunities to work overtime as needed. A high school diploma and tool-handling skills are preferred for this hands-on manufacturing role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Skilled with hand, power and pneumatic tools common to the trade.
• Blueprint reading capabilities; measurements and tolerances.

Responsibilities

• Assemble structural and mechanical components safely and efficiently to meet specifications.
• Layout and construct product assemblies per blueprints or specifications with proper tools.
• Read and follow assembly specs, BOMs and drawings; identify discrepancies.
• Assemble parts per print including fit, alignment and adjustment; ensure proper operation.
• Maintain ISO-9001 standards; follow safety and environmental rules.
• Contribute Lean ideas for continuous improvement; work across plant areas.
