Job summary

Munters in Amesbury, MA is seeking a Quality In-Line Repair Technician to keep the line moving. You will inspect units, repair as needed, and finalize units to meet production specs before shipment.

You will work with blueprints, discuss results with the production team, and support inventory replenishment while maintaining safety and quality standards. Strong hands-on skills with tools and a proactive, detail-oriented approach are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or associate's degree in a relevant field, or 5 years in a relevant quality role.
• Experience reading blueprints and specifications.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Inspect units in process and verify conformance to blueprints/specifications.
• Repair, complete, and finalize units to meet production standards.
• Discuss inspection results with production to achieve ship-ready state.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure replenishment occurs.
• Inspect sub-assemblies to assess incoming quality.
• Support overtime for urgent orders and end-of-month shipments.
• Interface between Quality and other teams to resolve issues.
• Collaborate to resolve in-house quality problems and implement new tools.
• Identify repetitive issues and inform upstream personnel and supervision.
• Recommend production strategies to improve efficiency.
• Promote Munters Core Values and complete required training.
• Other duties as assigned.
