Armstrong World Industries is seeking a team member at the Johnstown, OH plant to manufacture, assemble and package Steel Ceilings products. The role supports production orders directed by the team lead, with duties including material handling, crating and machine helper tasks.

It requires prior manufacturing or machine operator experience, knowledge of metal fabrication, and the ability to learn forklift operation.

Qualifications

• Prior manufacturing, assembly, material movement, or machine operator experience preferred.
• Knowledge of metal manufacturing materials, fabrication processes and machinery preferred.
• Ability to learn forklift operation and other company vehicles.

Responsabilités

• Follow all Company and OSHA Safety Policies.
• Assemble materials and package finished products for transport to customers.
• Ensure standards for quality, output, safety etc. are adhered to and improved.
• Keep accurate records of production, waste, quality checks undertaken.
• Properly maintain equipment.
