The role requires a high school diploma or GED and at least 1 year in manufacturing, with strong attention to detail and clear communication within the team.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Ability to read, write, and speak effectively for understanding instructions and procedures.
• 1+ year of experience in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Follow detailed work instructions, blueprints, route cards, and verbal/written directions.
• Assemble chain components and products per specifications using manual and automatic methods.
• Operate production equipment including presses, grinders, and assembly machines; perform quality checks.
