Job summary

Timken is seeking Assembly Operators to support the manufacturing of industrial chain products. You will operate presses and assembly machines, inspect quality, and maintain a clean, safe work area on a production line.

Responsibilities include following detailed work instructions, interpreting chain assembly directions, and performing repetitive loading and assembly tasks with attention to detail and safety compliance. Opportunities for growth exist within a global manufacturing team.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficient in blueprint reading and the use of measuring tools.
• High School Diploma or GED is required; certifications from college/technical school are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Follow detailed instructions from work instructions, blueprints, and route cards.
• Interpret and follow chain assembly instructions for various models.
• Assemble components per specifications using manual and automatic methods.
