Job summary

Employee Magnets, Inc. is seeking a Production Assembly Team Lead in Fort Worth, TX to oversee daily operations on the production floor and support the team in meeting production goals while upholding quality and safety standards.

You will guide and mentor operators, assign tasks, monitor processes, and coordinate with management to drive continuous improvement and a safe, efficient work environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment, including at least 1 year in a leadership role.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents and work instructions.
• Willingness to undergo new training and certifications for assigned areas.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a team of assembly operators to meet daily production targets efficiently and effectively.
• Assign tasks and shift responsibilities among team members, ensuring balanced workloads.
• Train, coach, and mentor team members to build skills, maximize performance, and promote career growth within the team.
• Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with quality standards and timely completion of tasks.
• Conduct regular quality checks of the assembled products to ensure adherence to specifications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues, such as equipment malfunctions or workflow bottlenecks.
• Maintain accurate documentation of production activities, team performance, and quality metrics.
• Ensure adherence to workplace safety regulations and implement company policies and procedures.
• Identify and suggest opportunities for improving operations, efficiency, and productivity.
• Participate in regular meetings with department management and act as a liaison between the team and management, ensuring clear communication of updates, goals, and challenges.
