Job summary

CRH is seeking an Assembly Worker to join our Oldcastle Infrastructure team in Fort Worth. The role involves assembling doors, boxes, covers, pads, frames, vaults, and related components using hand tools, power tools, grinding, and light painting.

You will follow work orders, inspect quality, and maintain equipment daily. This non-exempt manufacturing position requires a high school diploma, attention to detail, basic math, and the ability to read engineering prints.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Manufacturing or construction experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Basic math skills.
• Ability to read/write simple instructions and communicate effectively with team members.
• Must be able to work in a hot and cold environment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. periodically throughout the day.
• Must be able to read engineering prints.
• Light welding is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret Production Work Orders (PWO), Assembly Pick Sheets (Orders), Engineering Prints, and Daily production schedule
• Identify safety hazards in the assembly area
• Perform TPM, maintenance checks on area equipment daily and weekly
• Inspect material, products, or equipment for defects
• Other responsibilities may be assigned on a temporary or permanent basis as needed

Job Summary
