Freudenberg Sealing Technologies in Milan, OH is hiring a Production Assembler PT - B Shift to support line operations. You will maintain part inventory, verify parts visually, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards while contributing to a fast-paced, team-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintains assigned part bins and daily supply of parts at a station or when roving the line.
• Performs visual verification of parts and stocks of assigned part bins.
• Adheres to all company policies, safety standards, single point lessons and standard work in assembly.
• Places appropriate parts and quantities on the chipboards with high attention to accuracy.
• Notifies the assembler roving parts or the Lead when parts need replenished.
• Maintains a clean and safe work area using the company’s 5S model.
• Identifies and/or initiates appropriate action to prevent the occurrence of nonconformities related to product, process, and quality either directly or by recommendation through designated channels.
• Controls further processing and delivery of nonconforming product until deficiencies or unsatisfactory conditions have been corrected.
• Maintains dexterity to handle various shapes and sizes of parts and tools necessary to perform job responsibilities.
