Freudenberg Sealing Technologies Pty in Milan, OH is seeking a Production Assembler for the 1st shift to support our assembly line operations. The role requires maintaining part bins, visually verifying parts, and adhering to standard work and safety policies to ensure quality and timely production.

You will maintain a clean, organized work area under the 5S model, quickly replenish parts, and actively prevent nonconformities.

Responsabilidades

• Maintains assigned part bins and daily supply of parts at a station or while roving the line.
• Performs visual verification of parts and inventories.
• Adheres to all company policies, safety standards and standard work in assembly.
• Places appropriate parts on chipboards with attention to accuracy.
• Notifies the assembler roving parts or Lead when parts need replenished.
• Maintains a clean and safe work area following 5S principles.
• Prevents nonconformities by following procedures and raising issues through designated channels.
• Controls processing and delivery of nonconforming product until corrected.

Production Assembler FT 1st Shift

Responsibilities

• Maintains assigned part bins and daily supply of parts at a station or when roving the line.
• Performs visual verification of parts and stocks of assigned part bins.
• Adheres to all company policies, safety standards, single point lessons and standard work in assembly.
• Places appropriate parts and quantities on the chipboards with high attention to accuracy.
• Notifies the assembler roving parts or the Lead when parts need replenished.
• Maintains a clean and safe work area using the company's 5S model.
• Identifies and/or initiates appropriate action to prevent the occurrence of nonconformities related to product, process, and quality either directly or by recommendation through designated channels.
• Controls further processing and delivery of nonconforming product until deficiencies or unsatisfactory conditions have been corrected.
• Maintains dexterity to handle various shapes and sizes of parts and tools necessary to perform job responsibilities.
