Freudenberg-NOK Sealing Technologies is seeking a 2nd Shift Production Material Tech full-time in Milan, OH, on-site. The role involves operating material handling equipment, maintaining FIFO stock, and identifying nonconforming products during picking.

You will collaborate with leads and other departments to ensure quality and efficiency. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or technical training, basic computer skills, and a proactive, team-oriented mindset.

Responsabilidades

• Operate material handling equipment and complete Forklift/Order Picker Operators’ Daily Checklist.
• Maintain stock in designated areas using FIFO methods.
• Verify products and identify nonconforming items during picking.
• Control further processing and delivery of nonconforming product until corrections are made.
• Keep workspace clean and orderly using 5-S methods.
• Maintain good communication with leads, supervisors, and other departments.
• Follow SOPs and work instructions applicable to the job.

Responsibilities

• Operate material handling equipment and complete Forklift/Order Picker Operators’ Daily Checklist.
• Properly maintain stock to designated areas using FIFO methods.
• Verify products while looking for nonconforming product during the picking process.
• Controls further processing and delivery of nonconforming product until the deficiency of unsatisfactory condition has been corrected.
• Maintain an orderly and clean work area using 5-S methods.
• Maintain good communication with leads, supervisors, and other departments.
• Follow Standard Operating Procedures and/or Work Instructions applicable to the appropriate job assignment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, Technical Training, or equivalent degree
• Basic eye-hand coordination.
• Ability to work with little supervision.
• Basic computer knowledge Communication & Collaboration: Communicates clearly and concisely, while engaging proactively with colleagues.
