Qualifications

• One year of mechanical/electrical assembly experience preferred.

• Sustained good attendance and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Assemble mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic components for Case machines.
• Read and interpret mechanical blueprints to aid in assembly.
• Read and interpret pneumatic schematics to aid in assembly.
• Read and interpret electrical schematics to aid in assembly.
• Learn and utilize European electrical schematics as needed.
• Maintain a strong focus on quality and production schedules.
• Support continuous improvement efforts with a Lean mindset.
• Assist with tasks outside daily responsibilities during downtime.
• Attend required pneumatics training.
• Work collaboratively with the team to support manufacturing and production goals.
