Job summary

Lantech is seeking a 1st Shift Production Assembler in the United States to build advanced stretch-wrapping machinery. You will contribute hands-on mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic assembly, reading blueprints and schematics to ensure safety and quality.

The role offers a four-day work week, overtime potential, and quarterly profitability bonuses. Ideal candidates have at least 1 year in assembly, a strong mechanical/electrical background, and the ability to follow written and verbal

Qualifications

• Strong mechanical, electrical, or pneumatic aptitude preferred.
• At least 1 year of mechanical/electrical/pneumatic assembly experience strongly preferred.
• Background in manufacturing, construction, or manual labor a plus.
• Experience using hand tools and power tools.
• High school diploma or equivalent required (vocational or trade training is a plus).

Responsibilities

• Build the foundation of Lantech stretch-wrapping machines.
• Assemble mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic components using hand and power tools.
• Read and interpret mechanical blueprints, electrical schematics, and pneumatic diagrams.
• Follow standardized work procedures to meet safety, quality, and productivity goals.
• Stand for approximately 9 hours per shift.
• Occasionally lift loads up to 50 lbs.
