Job summary

MITER Brands seeks a Production Assembler I to build high-quality window and door products on a fast-paced line in Flower Mound, TX. You will read work orders, assemble components, and use hand and power tools to meet strict quality standards.

The role requires safety-first habits, good math and measurement skills, and teamwork to meet daily production goals. Overtime may be required to support company objectives.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds; stand for extended periods.
• Experience in manufacturing/assembly is preferred.
• Commitment to safety and attendance.

Responsibilities

• Assemble window and door components per work instructions.
• Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently.
• Read and interpret work orders and assembly instructions.
• Inspect products for quality throughout production.
• Identify defects or safety concerns and escalate.
• Maintain production rates while upholding quality and safety.
• Support material movement and keep workstation organized.
• Follow 5S and housekeeping standards; maintain PPE compliance.
• Cross-train in other areas as needed; support team goals.
