Job summary

MITER Brands is seeking a skilled Production Assembler III to perform complex assembly of windows, doors, glass units, frames, and related components in a fast-paced Flower Mound, TX facility. The role emphasizes quality, safety, and efficiency while supporting continuous improvement and mentoring teammates.

The candidate should have advanced mechanical aptitude, read technical drawings, and operate production equipment.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED preferred.
Minimum of 3 years of manufacturing, fabrication, or assembly experience preferred.
Advanced experience operating production equipment and pneumatic tools required.
Previous experience in window and door manufacturing or a related industry strongly preferred.
Experience training or mentoring team members is a plus.

Responsibilities

Perform advanced assembly and fabrication operations for windows, doors, insulated glass units, frames, panels, vinyl components, screens, and related products.
Read and interpret production orders, technical drawings, specifications, measurements, and work instructions.
Operate and troubleshoot manufacturing equipment including saws, routers, punches, drills, pneumatic tools, and automated production equipment.
Assist with setup changes, equipment adjustments, and production line support activities.
Support continuous improvement efforts focused on safety, quality, efficiency, and waste reduction.
