Job summary

MITER Brands, including MI Windows and Doors, is seeking a Production Assembler I to join our Flower Mound, TX team on day or night shifts. You will perform departmental activities per SOPs, unload trucks, receive and label materials, and supply to the production line while maintaining safe, accurate operations.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, experience with heavy machinery and crane and forklift certification, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Unload trucks and place them in the staging area.
• Receive raw materials and verify against packing slips; label materials.

• Assist in cycle counts and physical inventory.
• Keep parts stocked and communicate shortages to supervisor.

We are currently hiring positions on both day and night shifts.Compensation Range starts at $20.50 per hour (based on experience and qualifications) (night shift differential) $2.00Shifts available:Day Shift: Starts at 6:00amNight Shift Starts at 7:00pmResponsibilities:Perform departmental activities per standard operating procedures.Unload trucks and place them in the staging area.Receive raw material and verify against the packing slip. Label materials accurately.Supply material as needed and/or requested to the production line and other departments.Assist in preparation for, and completion of cycle counts and physical inventory.Keep all parts in responsibility adequately stocked at all times. Communicate to a supervisor or Purchasing Department when materials/supplies are running low.Remove waste from production lines.
