Job summary

MITER Brands in Phoenix, AZ, is seeking a manufacturing assembler to join our warehouse team. You will assemble vinyl components using hand and power tools, inspect materials for quality, and follow precise assembly instructions to produce vinyl products.

You will organize materials and work closely with teammates to hit production targets. We value safety, reliability, and clear communication, with opportunities to grow within MITER Brands, including MI Windows and Doors, Milgard, and PGT

Job DescriptionESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Assemble vinyl components using hand tools and power tools, such as drills, impact drivers, and grinders to assist in the assembly process.Inspect vinyl materials to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.Adhere to assembly instructions to precisely construct vinyl products.Arrange and organize vinyl materials required for the assembly process.Work closely with other team members to achieve production goals and contribute to process improvement initiatives.Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe and organized work environment.Demonstrate MITER Brands Guiding Principles in all business interactions.Other duties may be assigned.QUALIFICATIONS:Ability to read and interpret production specifications and drawings.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Ability to prioritize tasks.Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new software programs.Great interpersonal skills are essential to operate in and maintain a team environment.Great communication skills and ability to follow instructions.EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE:High school diploma or equivalent.0-1 year of previous experience in manufacturing preferred.PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS / WORK ENVIRONMENT:The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
