Job summary

ECAM is seeking a Production Assembler to build mobile surveillance units, wiring and testing components in a fast-paced facility in the United States. You’ll work with hand and power tools, follow safety procedures, and contribute to on-time assembly of cameras and PSU units.

The role offers a set schedule, full-time contract, overtime as needed, and comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with employer matching, PTO and life insurance.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-2 years warehouse or manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to operate hand and power tools safely and effectively.
• Working knowledge of basic safety procedures and PPE.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team while managing multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Operates hand and power tools.
• Assist in building Mobile Surveillance Units, Cameras, and PSU's.
• Complies with safety procedures and guidelines.
• Sort and place material on racks or bins per standards.
• Assist with shipping/receiving and unloads trucks.
• Wear proper safety equipment and adapt to changes.
• Test and inspect products for quality and performance.

• Follow quality standards and company procedures.

Set schedule:Monday through Friday, 6:00 a.m. To 2:30 p.m.

Contract: Full Time

Responsibilities and Duties:

Operates hand and power tools.

Assist in building Mobile Surveillance Units, Cameras, and PSU's.

Complies will all safety procedures and guidelines.

Sort and place material or items on racks, shelves or bins according to organizational standards.

Assist with shipping and receiving unloading trucks and checking merchandise.

Wear the proper safety equipment.

Ability to adapt to everyday changes.

Experience of conducting test and inspection of products to evaluate quality and performance.

Must be able to work on several projects / tasks simultaneously

Communicate and cooperate with supervisors and coworkers.

Follow quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules, and regulations.

Maintain high level of knowledge in mobile surveillance and other related technologies.

Test completed units for full functionality.

Clean, prep, and test returning units for redeployment.

Your Qualifications

High School diploma or equivalent.

1-2 years previous warehouse experience preferred.

Dependable and reliable.

Inventory and equipment maintenance skills required.

Relative experience like in warehouses, machine operating, or manufacturing is a plus.

Understanding of job safety practices.

Working knowledge of wire types and sizes

Knowledge of good practice standards in using manual or electric hand tools

Strong verbal, problem-solving and follow-up skills with the ability to coordinate and perform several tasks simultaneously.

Ability to work independently, as well as within a team, and with limited resources.

Other Requirements

Must have the physical and mental capacity to effectively perform all essential functions described:

Regular lifting and moving objects 10-50 lbs.

Bilingual a plus but not required

Eyesight sufficient to read, write and operate equipment essential to this position.

Must be able to sit for long periods of time.

Must be able to maintain concentration, visual acuity and alertness for long periods of time.

Must be able to lift 50 pounds, move and respond.

Must be capable of using or learning to use power tools and lifts properly.
