Job summary

ECAM is seeking an Electro-Mechanical Assembler to refurbish, assemble, test and restore Advanced Mobile Surveillance Systems. You will work on Mobile Surveillance Units, Cameras, and PSU components, performing wiring, basic repairs, and quality testing. A strong emphasis on safety, teamwork and adapting to multiple tasks is required.

The role offers a stable daytime schedule with potential for nights/weekends as needed, with comprehensive benefits and opportunities for career growth within ECAM.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the United States.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Basic electrical wiring skills; knowledge of wire types and sizes.
• Inventory and equipment maintenance experience desirable.

Responsibilities

• Operates hand and power tools.
• Assist in building and refurbishing Mobile Surveillance Units, Cameras, and PSU’s.
• Wiring of onboard electrical systems (low voltage, batteries, cameras, Cat5/6).
• Perform basic mechanical repairs of trailers.
• Test completed units for full functionality.
• Clean, prep, and test returning units for redeployment.
• Follow safety procedures and guidelines.
• Communicate with supervisors and coworkers.
• Maintain knowledge in mobile surveillance technologies.
